Tacoma-Ready Installation. The iLX-F309TCM comes with all the components you need to add the 9″ Alpine Halo9 to your truck. The main chassis comes pre-assembled to the Tacoma dash kit out of the box, so you don’t need to research, buy, and assemble a compatible dash kit on your own. In addition, the iLX-F309TCM’s screen comes pre-positioned at the optimal angle, height, and depth for your Tacoma, eliminating the need for you to tweak these positions through trial and error yourself. The required Tacoma wiring harness and other adapters come with the iLX-F309TCM too. The result? Faster and easier installation, so you can get on the road and enjoy your iLX-F309TCM. NOTE: The iLX-F309TCM Screen comes out of the box separate from the chassis due to the installation requirements of the Tacoma.
Description of KTP-445A: The KTP-445A connects any 2005 and newer Alpine head unit that has a black power harness. (Not Compatible With the CDE-100 Receiver). The Alpine KTP-445A head unit power pack adds 180 watts RMS power to compatible KTP-445A receivers, with easy installation without the need for a separate amplifier and wiring kit. It’s small and compact at only 7″ x 2-1/2″ x 1-3/8″ which makes installation a breeze. A high/low gain switch allows for proper gain settings, whether or not a subwoofer is part of the system. (The KTP-445A Power Pack won’t work in systems with an active outboard factory amplifier. You’ll have to bypass the factory amp if you want to upgrade your power using the KTP-445A).
