Details: Please read this carefully prior purchase: If your OEM radio is of TYPE 1, TYPE 2 or TYPE 3, then you have OEM Sync 1 and it’s featurese won’t be supported after installation of our radio. It means you will loose OEM voice commands features (e.g. voice commands for calling, voice commands for navigation, voice commands for cooling and heating etc.), Vehicle Healt Report features (e.g. Scheduled maintenance, Diagnostics for monitored electronic systems etc.) and other Sync 1 related features (check your owner’s manual to see full list of Sync 1 related features). If these features are critical for you and you don’t want to loose them – please don’t purchase our radio.
If your OEM radio is of Type 4 – you have Sync 2 and all it’s features will be retained after installation of our radio.
PLEASE NOTE: If some features of your OEM radio not working, for example: your OEM screen not powers up, or your AC not working, buttons are not functional etc. – istallation of our radio won’t fix these issue. Our radio communicates with vehicle through original wires and modules, so if something caused glitches of OEM radio then you will have exactly same issues after installation of our radio. Please purchase our radio only for the exchange of fully functional OEM radio, not for the exchange of not working OEM radio, because in such case installation of our radio won’t solve anything unless you solve issues which caused your OEM radio not working.
